We may also use the personal data we collect to protect Mavenir against and prevent fraud and comply with or enforce applicable legal requirements, industry standards, and our policies and terms. We use personal data for these purposes when it is necessary to protect, exercise or defend our legal rights, or when we are required to do so by a law that applies to us.

Information That We Collect Automatically

(a) Information collected on our Site

We may collect information about your use of our Site, such as the time and duration of your visit, search query terms you enter through the Site, services and solutions you viewed and how you interact with content offered through our Site.

We may also collect technical information, including browser type and version, time zone setting, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform, information about your visit, including the full Uniform Resource Locators (URL), clickstream to, through and from our Site (including date and time), page response times, download errors, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information (such as scrolling, clicks, and mouse-overs), methods used to browse away from the page.
