It describes how Mavenir Systems, Inc. and its affiliates (collectively, "Mavenir") ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information, and explains the rights available to California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively, the "CCPA").

We may need to verify your identity before processing your request. We will respond within the timeframes required by law.

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
Updates to This Notice
We may update this Notice from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective Date" above and post the updated Notice on this page.
